Back in the blogosphere! We had a blast in the Bahamas. I was trying to upload some pics of our trip, but the typepad Compose editor is acting up (anybody else having some pain in the neck issues with typepad....I'm smelling some wordpress I think)
Anyway...
A lot has happened since we left at the beginning of last week. I will list a few and then I will be back blogging in full force tomorrow.
-My daughter was staying with our sister-in-law, who has four kids, in Columbia while we were on vacation. Ella Tays was dancing (spinning) around the room, got dizzy, fell and knocked her tooth out on the corner of a futon. We will be visiting the pediatric dentist this week. She doesn't know that being snaggle at 3 years old is not cool.
-My friend and blogging buddy Jake Miller moved from my Leadership Blog Roll to my Staff Blog Roll this week. Jake officially starts on Monday as our Pastor of Family Environments. This guy has a heart for Jesus, G-ville and people!
-The Hinge is a little more than a week away and I have a ton to do before then. If you are in Greenville on 8.9.08 come to the DowBrands Amphitheatre to pray for our city.
-Lost my Treo in the ATL and the nice lady at the Park and Fly place turned it in....it should be coming in this week. Sorry if you have left me a message....I've been phoneless!
-Got sun poisoning..I think. A big rash all over my sunburned body. Doesn't hurt, but itches really badly.
-Hung out with some celebs in the Bahamas. Not really...they were just next to us at the pool with their families. JoAnna recognized one of the girls from Pushing Daisies after about a 20 minute conversation with her and the other one from Head Over Heels. They were there filming the Way of the Dolphin....??
-Met a cool couple from Atlanta. As we were all hanging out we learned that Rodney, the husband, was the one who saved the guy from this car.
- 218 emails to go through tomorrow.
-More in-love with my Bride today than 10 years ago.
SEE YOU TOMORROW!
