Clearing My Mind
I haven't had much to say around this blog lately...I apologize for that. I'm hoping that a Thanksgiving break will allow my mind to rest so I can be fresh with ideas very soon. Until then....let me dump my mind for you.
* We find out if we are having a boy or girl tomorrow.
* Driving to MS for Thanksgiving. The trip includes some coffee, Christmas CD's, a stop at Cracker Barrell and lots of laughs.
* The day after Thanksgiving, I love to eat a Thanksgiving Sandwich with Turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, hot sauce and mayo....it's almost better than the actual feast.
* Loved watching Ole Miss take it to LSU.
* Almost in the fantasy football playoffs...this next week should seal the deal.
* Finally purchased a recliner Saturday. Every man needs a recliner...can I get an amen on that one.
* CRCC stepped up in a huge way. We had a faith goal of 150 Boxes of Love (meal that will feed a family of 6) this year for those who are in need in our city. Happy to say that the last count was 175 sponsored and counting. Yeah God! Many were saved and a few were physically healed at the Distribution Center downtown G-ville on Saturday.
*David Walker's CD will be out next Monday! You can purchase it at itunes, Amazon, or his website. CD release at CRCC on the night of December 14th...mark your calendars.
*CRCC will have a Christmas Blog this year that will be rolling out in a few weeks with daily devotionals, outreach initiatives for our city and some other cool things. Check by around December 2 for a link!
*Peppermint Mocha creamer in the mornings in my coffee is finally here!

OR you can purchase David's CD HERE at CRCC each Sunday in December and especially on our Sunday night of praise. Buy a TON of them - they make great stocking stuffers!

hey rich - i just read the past few entries and saw that about tom and mary johns...i know i'm a couple of weeks late, but i'm sure they still need prayer. i'll be praying for them. i haven't seen or talked to them in years, but my heart is so heavy for them. words seem so insignificant at this point, so i'm praying God's grace will just overtake their lives. thanks for sharing that.
